Quality of food was outstanding. I was
very happy as were my guests with the food, preparation and
professionalism of this caterer and his staff. The price was
reasonable and the value was a bargain. I was pleasantly
surprised. |

Paul was originally hired to do a
graduation over the summer for my daughter, until a medical
condition happened with me and had to cancel two days prior
to the event. He didn't get the notification and showed up
with everything. He agreed to reimburse a portion, even
though he did not have to according to the contract.
However, instead of reimbursement in cash, Paul came back
and brought food for 20 people upon my request, because I
was having a family get together on Christmas Eve, and he
did this all at no additional charge. He honored a contract,
delivered the food on Christmas Eve, and made outstanding
food. He explained how to re-warm the food so it wouldn't
overcook! He even went out of his way to make a special
salad for my daughter, the one that graduated, that is a
vegan! There are very few people with a business ethic like
this, and I am glad we hired him as our caterer. We will
hire him again in the future, and mention his name to all
our friends looking to hire a caterer. |

Our family used Paul two years ago and
again in May 2008, both times for lobster/claims along with
sausages, burgers, hot dogs etc. The food was very good and
I would definitely recommend him. |

First, I can not believe all the food he
prepared. There was enough to feed everyone, and he never ran
out! We even took "doggie bags" home! The price was fantastic!
His food is out of this world. This caterer knows how to cook,
along with a fantastic personality as well. Made everyone feel
at home, comfortable, and went out of his way to help my in-laws
who are disabled, serving them personally. We already booked him
for next year. We highly recommend him!

I received this letter from
Chef Marc DeGiovanni, of West Seneca, NY, on a wedding reception
that I assisted as lead cook for a wedding in Chester, NH on June
21, 2008. Here is a copy of his letter:
July 7, 2008 Chef Marc DeGiovanni
CCC,PC2 West Seneca, NY
This letter is to verify that Paul LaFerriere has worked under my
services as lead cook. On June
21, 2008, I both catered and participated in a wedding at the
Stephen's Memorial Hall in Chester, NH. I hired seven assistants for
the day, never having met any of them in person prior to the event.
All the staff met and far exceeded all expectations.
There were three factors that made this task a difficult one:
1.) The staff had never worked together as a team before
2.) The use of an off-site kitchen and my participation in the
wedding as a groomsman made my presence minimal 3.)
The organization and direction given to the staff was bare minimum
and sometimes chaotic. Despite these major obstacles,
Paul performed to the best ability that I could have ever imagined.
He came in the day before to help me prepare the menu without being
asked to. Paul came in early the day of the wedding, and brought his
catering truck with an on-board freezer and other equipment that I
would have been lost without. Paul never stopped once for a break,
and worked hard for the entire time. He never asked for more money
as I had only agreed to pay him for ten hours, but he easily put in
twenty hours. Paul offered to go shopping for the event, and do
things that any other staff would think unimaginable.
In the end, I paid Paul far more then what I had agreed to, and I
still feel I could not have paid him enough. He organized a chaotic
wedding to perfection, and from the stand-point of the guests, it
was one of the most professional service staff that they had ever
seen. I can not thank Paul enough. It would be a pleasure to work
with him in the future, and I highly recommend Paul for any catering
function that may arise. Sincerely,
Marc DeGiovanni, CCC, PC2
