Hi, my name is Paul.
One thing that everyone loves to do is eat. And I love to do
both, cook and eat. But mostly cooking, so YOU can eat and enjoy. I am the owner
/ proprietor /chef of Paul's Sausage Shack and Catering Services, located in Hudson
and Manchester, New Hampshire.
I first started out doing school games and practices at Mine
Falls Park in
Nashua, NH with my sausage cart kiosk, and Halloween at Greeley Park in Nashua
as well. I went into catering after lots of encouragement from family and
friends. I am not your typical caterer. My specialty is outdoor BBQ
cooking, where the whole neighborhood gets to smell the aroma. I enjoy doing
informal settings, but can do formal as well. I'll be cooking on my 5 foot grill
and using other equipment if needed, right in front of you. This way you know everything is
cooked fresh on site, with the exception of chicken and ribs may be pre-cooked.
I can provide salads to bring with me to your event.
Hamburgers, hot dogs, sausages, steaks, and other meats that do not require
pre-cooking are done right there. And another specialty is, I marinate or
rub my meats 24 hours prior to cooking, that way the seasoning has worked its way
in. I also do marinate injections. I use quality meats, fresh vegetables, and desserts from local
markets. I will cater to all of
New Hampshire area and parts of Northern Massachusetts, and Southern Vermont,
and even parts of Maine!
I am a One Stop Shop. I also provide Planning Services.

I have a licensed and experienced bartender,
two
venues to get married and have the reception, and a DJ's I work with that may be available.

Rentals
If you are looking to do a
large event to include weddings in your backyard or on private property, I have vendors that I can use to rent the
necessary equipment to make your event a success.
All menu quotes DO NOT INCLUDE the NH
9% Meals Tax
Meals tax is priced on total amount excluding set-up
or any other additional fees.
Special Menus can be made for children under
10 years old, even for weddings.
I can
provide Specialty Menus for Vegetarians and clients with certain food allergies.
Repeat customers get 10% discount
off total menu food price, not including meals tax , fuel charge, or
set-up fee.
Set-Up Fee
$125.00 inside buffet
$250.00 outside set-up
$300.00 Special Menu Items
If you want your dinner service on glassware,
there will be an additional charge of $300.00, including rental of equipment. I
have to rent these items for you, including insurance, and these items must be
returned clean. I will have to work up a quote from the rental company.
Terms
A $100.00 deposit or 10% of the total, whichever is greater, is required
to confirm any date & serving time. Final count is due 30 days prior to
function. Final payment is due two weeks before the date of the function.
All deposits are non-refundable.
