I specialize in backyard BBQ's and Indoor/Outdoor Weddings and Events.

I perform catering services for weddings, family re-unions, class re-unions, parties, holiday meals, personal chef, and more.

Let me ask you these questions:

Do you prefer to spend your time with your guests instead of stuck in one spot?
Would you rather have someone else do all the shopping and make sure there is enough food?
Would you prefer to sit and eat with your guests, instead of usually at the grill where the cook always eats? (Ok, I prefer to be at the grill!)

HIRE A CATERER!

Prices ARE based on 50 or less guests.

I have been catering for the past 12 years and have been asked back to two parties three times. I was the caterer for the NH State Police DARE Training 2 Week Program for until they moved to a new location. I enjoy catering the smaller group of 150 or less. I enjoy performing Personal Chef services. I believe you will find my prices reasonable. Check my menu pages, think about it, then email me. I do many other menus besides BBQ. You won't be disappointed, I GUARANTEE IT.

Venue, Bartender, Cake and Pastry, and DJ Available

I have available for rent a venue located in Hudson, New Hampshire, that will hold 120 guests, and the location has an outdoor area by a pond to get married, along with a large picnic area and an outdoor band stand for a very reasonable price. I also have a venue located in Brookline, New Hampshire that can accommodate up to 200 guests. I have a licensed bartender and a DJ, Wedding Cake baker and dessert/pastries, Justice of the Peace, and more to offer you in way of services.
